Welcome to our section for Women's Ministry Leaders!

Ministering to women is one of the most important ways we can make a difference in the lives those around us -- women, children, and families. Many women today are burned out and broken, lonely and looking for friendship, striving to find success, and rushing all day long without a moment to rest.

Our role is to help draw women closer to Christ, but the saying by John Maxwell is true: “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” Christ was able to make a difference in the life of the woman at the well because He sat and talked before he taught.

When we focus our ministries on meeting women where they are and making the journey with them, we can begin to offer spiritual nourishment and healing and help women learn quench their thirst through the power of the Living Water. Over time we will see spirits renewed and lives changed.

As leaders, we invite you to walk with one another and share your ideas, insights, and inspirations. We would love to hear what works and what doesn't as we offer encouragement to each other and support to new emerging leaders. If you are looking for a place to start in building a women's ministry or in taking your ministry to the next level, two great resources by Chris Adams are:
  • "Women Reaching Women...Beginning and Building a Growing Women's Ministry"
  • "Transformed Lives...Taking Women's Ministry to the Next Level"
We pray that the information you will find on these pages over time will be helpful in your ministry as you continue to share Christ's love with women in your churches, offices, schools, and communities.
