Liz Faison and her husband, Jim, are the founders of Fit for Christ, a personal training and wellness ministry that seeks to improve spiritual, physical, and emotional health. Liz previously served in Christian radio and TV for fifteen years, and left seven years ago to begin Fit for Christ. Liz came out of an abusive first marriage, and the Lord brought her from homelessness and an uncertain future to sending her children to college and serving the Lord full-time. Her family struggles with the early death of her mother, obesity, and self-esteem issues led her to her passion for fitness and health. It is never too late to start a healthier journey. Liz and Jim have been married nine years and have six children and two beautiful granddaughters in their blended family.

After 21 years working for the federal government as a medical information specialist, Esther Shin resigned, though not yet qualifying for retirement, in order to step into women’s ministry. She desires to serve others, specifically women, and is passionate about the Word of God. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Women's Leadership. Esther and her husband, Rev. Sang Yun Shin have started several churches of various languages in Virginia and have served as mentors and coaches to leaders. She has been a leadership speaker in Korean churches throughout the U.S. Esther and her husband have three children.
